Alicia Guy
CO-FOUNDER, LCSW
Choosing to see a therapist is a big step, and my job is to show you how beneficial prioritizing your mental health can be. I strive to create a safe, honest, and nonjudgmental space. I am direct, compassionate, and will take an active role in our sessions to provide skills to improve your every-day life.
My many years of experience counseling adults, families, and adolescents, in addition to over a decade as a high school social worker on the North Shore, have equipped me to specialize in a variety of issues. Maybe you are a new parent, have hit some bumps in your relationship with a partner, family or friends, are employed in a new job, or are newly retired and need some direction. You may be struggling with depression, anxiety, substance abuse or recovery, effective parenting techniques, or needing healthier communication with those close to you, I will help you identify what is needed to achieve being your best self. I look forward to helping you take the next steps in your journey!
