As a relational therapist I use multiple theoretical modalities like EMDR, CBT, and mindfulness to support your mental wellness. You and I can work together to learn what is keeping you from your goals and developing strategies for achieving the types of relationships you want to engage in and living the life you want. Maybe something is getting in your way and keeping you from enjoying the loving connection with family members or friends that you hope to have. Maybe your goal is to support your young child and grow in your parenting skills as your child moves through challenging life events.
