Kim Eisendrath

MAT, RYT

Kim specializes in nervous system calibration through movement. She uses the bottom up approach to support her clients while on a path of discovery. The bottom up or somatic approach allows a person to regulate their nervous system through mindful movements, which allows for a higher level of cognitive processing. She first educates her clients the parts of the nervous system and anatomy, how they are deeply intertwined and then makes a specific plan towards healing . Kim will take her clients through a series of gentle movements, yoga, TRE (Tension/Trauma Release Exercises) and self myofascial work to support you in your growth process.

Kim has her MAT in special education, a RYT-500 yoga teacher with certifications in Yoga for Trauma, Self Myofascial Release, Restorative and Gentle Yoga, Advanced TRE (Tension/Trauma Release Exercises), Adaptive and Accessible Yoga, Advanced Polyvagal Theory in Yoga, Mindfulness/Meditation and most recently as a MELT Method instructor.
